This new sports program for Valley Vision needed a new logo that would attract athletes and parents alike. We wanted the look to be very sporty and sleek so we chose a very modern typeface and bold, fresh colors. Pioneer 90.1 is the college radio station for Northland Community & Technical College in East Grand Forks and Thief River Falls, Minnesota. They needed a new logo for the station that was clean, professional, and represented the college well. It also needed to work well for their music style, which includes a variety of different types of music. We used the circular “N” symbol from Northland’s logo, and kept the same color scheme as the college itself, to keep the connection between the college and the station strong. We used a modern sans serif typeface that gives the logo a strong and professional look. We also added some radio waves above the logo to show the nature of what they do. Overall, the logo is strong and will work well in many applications.

Medi is a new restaurant in Arlington, Virginia, and needed a new logo to kickstart their branding process. As a mediterranean-themed establishment, they wanted to incorporate a bright blue door, that Greece is known for. This round font allowed the door to sit inside the “m” and the rest of the letters are wrapped together for a unique look.

Country Boy Custom Metal

This fabrication company creates custom metal artwork, and needed a logo that communicates their fun vibe and custom products. The font is grungy and looked like metal so we thought it was a perfect choice. We also used different sized letters in a fun layout that plays up the custom attribute of their products.
